In a tiny home office in 2005, after eight years of the conventional methods of other companies, one realtor accepted his craving to culture his vision, and pursued his inspirations. John Paul Valverde resigned his position as an agent, and founded Coevál Real Estate, a Texas based real estate brokerage firm.

Situated in the midst of the West End Historic district and the new Victory Plaza, Coevál now resides within the former Dallas Brewery building that was constructed in 1890 and converted to office space in 1983. Dictionary termed as ‘a contemporary’, Coevál strives for originality and innovation. The Coevál office is designed with a modern floor plan where 90 degree angles are deliberately nonexistent.
