Exceeding a decade of experience in all facets of the real estate world, John Paul Valverde’s dedication to keeping his client’s best interest in mind and at heart, attests not only to his integrity and loyalty, but gives insight to his convictions.

Growing up in a family where his father owned and operated a framing company and later a roofing company, John Paul understands that the practice of a craft gives a deeper knowledge and comprehension than simply learning it. As a high school senior, his first job as an administrative assistant in a real estate office prepared him to become the second top producer of the company in just 2 ½ years.

As Founder and Principal of Coevál Holdings, John Paul oversees every aspect of leading operations, design, branding, imaging, finance and website development. His extensive focus on public relations in English and Spanish marketing in radio and television commercials, creative proposals and home buying seminars have expanded his target audience. In partnering with various home builders, he has gained exclusive representation of subdivisions and real estate land development sectors. He currently directly works on more than a dozen unique and complex projects where his research of untapped areas and the development of turnkey designs for home layouts, elevations, pricing and product development has produced the opportunity to build affordable housing for underserved markets. John Paul’s broad experience in the real estate spectrum has cultured his continued ability to be not only resourceful but artistic, innovative and original.
